Returns Policy

All sales are covered by the consumer guarantees act.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are asked to sign for your goods on delivery please check contents before signing. NO claims for breakage can be lodged after goods have been signed for.   

Please do not return faulty goods unless requested by us to do so.
 
Faulty/damaged goods:
Breakages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt - no exceptions.  We will need full details of the damage and photographic evidence of breakage and packaging at this time please.   Please retain all packaging materials received with the damaged item, as these will be needed to return the item to us - if we request the item be returned.  Please include your name and address when contacting us by email.
 
A replacement item/refund will be sent/issued as soon as we have processed your claim.
 
Faulty goods may be required to be returned for inspection.   If goods are found to be faulty we will exchange them for an identical item and refund the shipping costs that you have incurred to return goods to us.  We will also send replacement item out free of post and packaging charges.  If item is not available due to loss during shipping, we will refund monies paid including shipping costs.
 
Returning goods
Without exception returned goods must be returned in their original packaging.  If returned goods become damaged in transit on the way back to us your claim may be declined, so please make sure to take care in your packaging.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to get goods back to us in good condition. If goods are found not to be faulty (for example a bulb has blown when plugged into your power supply), or arrive damaged through bad packaging, your claim will be declined and we will require you to pay shipping to have the item returned to you.
